I think the SoC is dead.
Those caps are shorted

Welp, it's definitely the SoC.
All the capacitors on the chip are shorted...
Thanks to everybody who have helped me.
What causes this ticking noise though?

Omg, I just noticed that this coil is facing another direction than on my other Switches.
I'll try rotating it
