Hardware Switch won't turn on

I think the SoC is dead.
Those caps are shorted

This thing is dead. After removing those shorted caps even more seems to be shorted
 
Welp, it's definitely the SoC.
All the capacitors on the chip are shorted...

What causes this ticking noise though?

Omg, I just noticed that this coil is facing another direction than on my other Switches.
I'll try rotating it
