Hi all, I bought a Switch V2 that was advertised as having touchscreen problems. When it arrived I used the built in touchscreen tester and found that a rectangle near the upper right would not register presses but everywhere else worked. The next day for 10 min or so the touchscreen was generating phantom presses by itself even though nothing was touching it, but then went back to "normal."

I bought this switch to use in a consolizer kit so I wasn't really concerned that the touchscreen wasn't working, but now I'm wondering how easy this fix would be. I've done some reading but some people seem to say it needs a new digitizer and some seem to say it needs a new card slot board. I'm not planning on hacking it yet so I can't try the calibration tool that other recommend. Any advice appreciated!

My bet would be digitizer is broken, touch areas are sectioned usually in lines like that so it would have to be replaced.
The part is around 15-20$

This looks like a broken digitizer, as was already mentioned as well. Super cheap fix
