Homebrew Question Switch Underclock really saves up battery?

So, i was playing the Mupen64plus core with minimim clock speed, and tbh didn't notice the difference in battery save between this speed and the stock speed, so that's my question, it really saves up battery? thanks.

it does make a difference. But the CPU in the Switch doesn’t use much power to begin with so the difference won’t be huge

Lowering GPU clocks and reducing screen brightness will make a larger difference
