Switch OLED best chip

Hi all, I tried asking this in the sticky but was advised it wasn’t a basic question. So! On with it..

I’ve got a switch OLED that I’m looking to install a chip in. After owning a Switch Lite and using the HWFLY it’s been fantastic. I purchased through AliExpress however the shop is currently on “holiday” and I’ve been advised from AE that the store is under investigation. So! Would anyone be able to advise…

1. Is the HWFLY the best modchip for the OLED? I don’t mind spending the money on whatever the best one is.
2. Do I need to check my RAM depending on what chip I’m installing?
3. Where’s the best place to purchase the modchip from now as AE is gone (depending on which chip is best of course!)

The chip won’t be installed by myself but a friendly microsolderer.

1. I think they are all pretty similar in my experience.
2.No, you dont need to check the nand chip... BUT I do know that the Samsung nand behaves much better with modchips than the Hynix one.
3. Ali is as good a place as any i guess

If you're going for a clone just go with the newer instinct chip just be wary where you get them.
