Hardware Switch Micro SD card files deleted

For the past 2 years I have been using a 128bg San Disk with SX OS and I decided to get a 256gb to switch to Atmosphere for FW 11.1. I nocited an error on both OS when trying to boot them and when I place the micro sd to pc, almost all files are deleted and folder are empty. I formated using the Switch, Rufus and another partition manager in exfat and fat32. Again I try to install SX OS files to clean bran new formatted micro SD and when I do Emunand, it deletes all my files but leaves the 29gb partition. The other 128gb San Disk works fine, it is the 256gb that is causing trouble.

Any ideas?I can't find a thread about this. I dont know if the sd is defective or if I should by another micro sd card of 128gb.

What can I do? Wipe emunand from my old sd card? I want to install a new OS to my mew 256 micro sd
