Probably just needs charging and waiting for the boot process to complete. Atmosphere can take a while to boot completely. Takes a few seconds to show the logo. Few more seconds to show the switch logo. Few more seconds to load the lockscreen. It takes about 30 to 40 seconds on my Switch to fully boot into the lockscreen.
