So Im doing a mod chip install the soldering seems alright. However, there’s no power from the system or mod chip.

Idk what to do currently checking with a multimeter, but if you see anything wrong or have any ideas it’d be appreciated.

That cap on SP1 looks shorted.

Same with SP2.
So I started on a fresh board and resoldered sp 1 and 2. I did a test on the points on the picofly board



Diode testing

Point 1, 0.0
Point A, 5.32
Point D, 5.32
Point C, 4.39
Point B, 4.0
Point Ground OL

And when testing the points on sp 1 and 2 to ground

The inside solders are at .014 and outside are reading at 0.0
