Serials beginning with XAJ4:
XAJ40052X and below are safe to buy
--->XAJ40053X and above not safe to buy, probably patched
XAJ4006XX and above definitely patched
Read it again and look at the second line text. Not sure what you are confused about; it says XAJ40053X and above is not safe to buy.
We found a Switch that was under XAJ40052 and was patched, so the boarders were corrected.and the first post says XAJ40047X and above not safe to buy, probably patched
so what has changed?
Newbie here. Just received the following brand new set. Can someone advise me if it's mod-dable or not? Based on serial number, it doesn't seem so, but version is old. Very puzzled.
The version is not that old and patched units were first reported with 4.1.
Got told to post this here.
Ive just purchased a brand new switch from EBGames for their Christmas sale, and according to the salesrep, they're all older consoles that have been sitting there for awhile so there's a very high chance that they're all hackable.
The one I got today confirmed hackable with XAW70011xxxxxx.
Wasn't sure what to do with this info, but it's worth looking into if stores are getting rid of old stock for Christmas sales.
Hi!
I have the following serial number here
XAJ70001026xxx
Is is patched or not?
Firmware is 6.2.0
I am a little bit confused with the three zeros XAJ7000.
Or does this then apply to rule "Serials beginning with XAJ7:
XAJ7004000X and below are safe to buy"
Firmware has nothing to do with a hardware exploit like Fusee Gelee.
