Plus it loads fast. And if you're a theme freak, you know that the R4 can only have 12 in total, but for like the Cyclo you can have as many as you want. Good for people like me.

But keep in mind that in terms of skins, R4 has a whole lot more out on the internet
Its not hard to convert them back and forth.

Lol true, but the R4's been out a lot longer than the Cyclo. So, more skins.

That's true, but if you use that simple converter, it does a kind of a crappy job, you get icons stuck in there. But if you do it by hand, shouldn't be much of a problem, other than the fact that you have 3 squares empty. But most R4 skins are made of stolen graphics from other sources anyways...
I didn't even know there was a converter.

Takes like a minute to do it in MSPaint.

You don't know much about organization.

I ended up switching. The first thing I immediately noticed is the much inferior built quality. But I don't care as long as it doesn't break. Everything else works fine so far.

Now I have to figure out how to use Rayder's cheat file with it and I'm happy

The CycloDS is definitely worth it if you have the chance. It does everything the R4 does and more, although that isn't saying very much as, pretty much any Slot-1 flash cart is better than the R4 now.

Except for the DS-X. Everything is better than that piece of crap.

Not the mmd.

OK, I took Rayder's Cheat.dat, deleted the Pokemon cheats and saved it as .xml. How do I have to name it for the Cyclo to read it and where do I have to place it on the microSD?

Yeah...I second that. I received my R4 today...so much better quality hardware. The CycloDS feels "puffy." Both of the R4 and the CycloDS are brand new (purchased within the past month from RealHotStuff.com).

Oh well, the CycloDS is still #1 overall in my book.

load the .xml into cyclods CheatEditor then click update to reinstall the pokemon cheats and then save, it will automacticlly save as a cyclods format then upload the file into your microsd inside the CycloDS folder btw do not rename the file leave it as "user"

Thanks useruser. I did what you write and it worked. But when I clicked on update in the CycloDS Cheat Editor it updated more than just Pokemon games. I assume that's normal, right?

Interesting to know. I have an R4 and M3 and can't stand the m3 because it's so slow to respond. My R4 loads really fast and I've never had an issue with anything on it. My coworker wants to buy my m3 so I'll probably sell it off. So the CycloDS is super fast at loading eh? I guess I'll try it out after I sell my M3.

Not sitting at menus and taking forever to load games is my biggest deal.

Oh does the Cyclo have a soft reset? I'm assuming yes.

Cyclo takes like 1 or 2 seconds to load, and the R4 takes like 5 or 6. So yah, Cyclo loads way faster. And DSTT apparently loads even faster.
