Is it possible to dump the Switch NES Roms (Switch Online NES)?

With "hactool", you can extract NSP/NCA files content. If you extract the "NES - Nintendo Online" package with this tool, you should get the NES roms.

Since you're using hactool from an actual PC it's already there.

Hactool is a PC tool. You must dump or get NES Online somehow to get it onto your SD to use it on PC with hactool.
