Hardware switch dont boot(black screen),memloader stopped and shorts

hey, i hope someone could help me:

i try to make it as short as i can,

-unpatched switch,
-dont used for long time,
-started fifa20,clicked on update,
-during the update the switch shutted down,
now it cant boot anything(blackscreen) exept hekate, i can start lockpicker but if i start to lockpick it crash,
i tried to restore the nand with memloader,unfortunately memloader hangs on mtc switching 665600 , and if i start it with TegraRcmGUI and goes to tools it shows the problem with 246400. win10 found some usb but no apx

if i put it in the dock, it only blink once and thats it.

and i had yesterday the moment that it showed 103% bat

i looked up the main board and found shorts on these caps


have anyone any ideas what can be faulty?

well, hardware damage obviously. Are the shorts still there when you remove the mmc chip? can you get any decryption keys? warranty?
