People who update for SX os are happy with their purchase. They obviously bought SX for the piracy and they have it now. You have such hate for tx that you're such a failure at trying to rub it in people's face, while they're having the time of their lives installing NSPs

To some extent this is true. However, there's also a chance we'll have Deja Vu on 5.x... Word on the net is that it wasn't entirely taken out. Just no publicly known way to execute it.

Reswitched is trash now. Scires wasn't the only one adding code to atmosphere you know. Watch and see more people will leave the team

Pretty sure this softmod will:
- Take a long time before it's released
- Be a hassle to perform (the initial entrypoint will probably be Puyo Tetris or PegaSwitch or similar)
- Won't work long term as Switches with FW <= 4.1 are running out

You know, I honestly can't take you seriously. Most of the reswitch team, consists of people from the 3ds scene, which overall they have decent chemistry, so every single one leaving is, unlikely. But that's what I know. Then again, you likely didn't know that fact since you have only been around for a few months. But neither team (tx or reswitched) is Superior, just to point that out.

I'll take hassle over jamming shit into my Switch. I get anxiety every time I boot into RCM with my paperclip. And I prefer to DIY these things so no jigs for me...for now.

I have SX and a switch on 3.0.2. I waited for Atmosphere, got many drama news instead release. That's the reason I'm asking is it confirmed to release.

Now that the fog has cleared over all of the battery related issues, I could go this route too. But if I were to install it now, I'd have to use the paperclip at least one more time. And the thing is, nothing released so far has given me an incentive to hack my Switch. I'm quite content with my hacked PS4 for the time being and I don't see myself turning on my Switch until either EmuNAND or Smash Ultimate comes out. Until then, I'll try to preserve the pins as long as I can.

So you would, in theory, only have to keep it charged, which isn't too big of a issue if you ask me, also thank god for sleep mode. And if you destroyed the pins, well then you still have autorcm, so... But it's your system.

Exactly, since there's no positive or negative, its best to just wait things out. If the warmboot comes out, great. If not, AutoRCM is easily manageable. AutoRCM was surrounded in so much unnecessary controversy as well as misconceptions as far as the eye could see. I had it installed when it first came out but immediately removed it when I saw the battery drain. This was of course way before we actually understood what it does and now that we do, there's still no reason for me to personally use it.

Also, I'm the type of person who turns off stuff when not in use. Yeah I get the whole point of sleep mode is so you don't have to turn stuff on and off again (honestly, wish the Switch was easier to turn off), but it turns on pretty fast and I use it more as a console than a handheld so not much reason to use sleep mode anyways.

Again, can't take you seriously. Especially with the evidence stacking against TX, but hey, you can have your opinion. But it's the moment you try to say another's (opinion) is wrong (which you haven't yet) that's when your in the wrong. I've done research, heard about gateway and it's silliness, caught wiff of it back around 2014, maybe it was 2015. But I need to ask a question.
How do you know if reswitched is only bitching? I mean they could still be writing code. Who said they have to upload all changes when they are working right away?
Just saying, do you know if they are writting code still, even though we haven't seen many updates to the github? Maybe your inside developer and we don't know, tell us more please.

TX continues to be trash that pollutes the scene. Hopefully ReSwitched includes some code to detect the use of SX OS and block that Switch from using Atmosphere...
