Support for nsp
Guys, I'm doing it alone. I've been working hard for the last two weeks to finish this first version of the Software. IF anybody can/want to help, please download the source and help. Three weeks ago I knew nothing of C#, still don't know much (my last professional coding experience was like 8 years ago with ancient Java), so, be patient :)

sonic mania plus
I have reports that this release breaks Backup Manager. Its breaks XCI-Explorer too.
Cant tell if its a problem with the software, the dump or if its a new type of cartridge.
Maybe someone could test it on a switch.

When youdela with the colon : issue, remember to fix the others too / ? < > \ : * | "

v 1.0.1 should have fixed it. Do you still have problems?

Support of LayeredFS backups?
Use Title Switch for LayeredFS/Plague backups (only).

I have more free time now so I should be able to add native Windows support in the next few days, finally (currently, Windows users can use WSL or the virtual appliance).
I might also add more features, such as native XCI support and trimming, so that macOS and GNU/Linux users can manage their backups for SX OS without using Mono or Wine.

EDIT: Windows version released.

Hello OP,

Love your work. I noticed one issue that I thought you should be aware of.

It seems your nswdb database integration is not pulling in any of the games with multiple revision releases.

Here are some of the culprits:

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (rev001)
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (rev002)

Snipperclips Plus: Cut it out, together!
Snipperclips Plus: Cut it out, together! (rev001)

What is happening is, no matter which revision one currently has in their collection, your software will always assume they have the original (and never any of the rev versions).

I have tested this on your latest version (v1.0.3 as of this writing) and can confirm the software should have shown the revision versions but instead show the original.

If you can please fix this in an upcoming release, it would be appreciated.

Thank you! :)

Virus! :(

Dude, please strip all the special characters in the rename feature, otherwise SX OS will not recognize those titles with one in them. Right now it is pointless and unserviceable. And add an autoupdate feature for the app itself if possible, thanks buddy for your hard work!

Awesome. Better than my Excel creation.. :D
Thanks!

Maybe a stupid question: is nswdb and their release numbering indeed the best option to use as the standard? What's considered the 'official scene' counting?
NSWDb currently has 242 releases noted, while rom-news website for instance has way less'; 184. But I have also see websites mentioning way more (as they include eshop releases).
Some standardization would be nice... ;-) Which DB and counting is considered best? thnx

Feature request, unless I am doing anything wrong:

Can you add support for inclusion of underlying subdirs when adding a folder please?

ie:
I have all files in their official scene folders on my nas, ie:

\\10.20.30.40\lalala\nsw\1.2.Switch.PROPER.NSW-BigBlueBox
\\10.20.30.40\lalala\nsw\3D.Minigolf.NSW-BigBlueBox
\\10.20.30.40\lalala\nsw\88.Heroes.98.Heroes.Edition.NSW-BigBlueBox
etc

Would be great to just add \\10.20.30.40\lalala\nsw.. When I do that now, it finds nothing.
When I add all folders containing the actual xci seperately, it does find the games. thnx,
