So i have cfw on 2ds. I am now transferring my sd card to another. i watched a video and its simple as copying files over which i did (and have done before)

My question now is, why is my new sd card not showing any data when i have it in my system?

Do i have to run godmode9 again?
(btw first boot the godmode9 menu came on but i thought that was weird so i turned it off and turned it back on)

ps godmode9 won't run now holding the start button

You don't just copy-paste the files, you first initialize the card (put it in the 3DS empty and wait for the Home menu to load up), THEN move the files to it, then go to "root/Nintendo 3DS/[long string of characters]", you will see two folders with long names too, one is empty, one isn't, MOVE all the contents from the one that isn't empty to the one that is, then delete the old (now empty) folder.

If you have a Chinese slimline DVD drive, the usual black rectangular shell, you can swap that out for another drive if it used the same small SATA connector.

iirc, VLC player lets you rip dvd to any format, I know it lets you convert video files to any format.
