Long story short, I've been trying to swap the models for the male and female protagonists in Avalon Code. I've tried swapping the model names, hex editing (though I am not very good at it), attempting to extract the models with Apicula (though I'm unsure how to compress it). I don't know where the code is located, though I have some ideas of where it could be (the overlay.bin files, possibly?). I have no problems extracting all of the .nmdp.lz, .nxtp.lz, and .namp.lz files (thanks to the program by @psycoblaster that extracts the .mass files). Even with poor hex editing, some of the models appeared correctly when viewed in Apicula, though many created empty models. I'm unsure what else to try. I apologize for any errors, I am new both to this site and to the DS modding scene. Any help is appreciated!
