Supercard ROM DAT Update

Hmm, i took off reset, and got diddy kong racing to work, but dead n furious still isnt working for me. I took off reset and dma.

What version of the patcher are you using? What version firmware for your Supercard are you running?

(Using SC CF v1.7 and 2.58 patcher) - Diddy Kong + Dead 'n Furious both work (haven't tried Nacho Libre...Not worth my time)

I'm using 2.58 Micro SD version and firmware 1.7. I don't understand why it is not working for me.

Just occured to me...Do you have the nuked release or the proper (Dark Eternal Team released the proper)?

I'm not really sure. Is there any way for me to check? I'm getting another version, i'll see if that was the problem or not.

Do you know the filename? It should be det-dnfp.zip. If you got wrg-adnf.zip, then you've got the nuke.

Wow, I'm suprised by how fast this was released. Glad to know they haven't dropped support for their slot 2 cards.

There both not working, I extracted the file and put it where my out folder is and replaced the other ndsrominfo...but it dosent work, I took out restart...help please I have the right DNF file.

Edit: I get 0Kb

Cool! Does anybody know if this make Tony Hawk DJ compatible with Supercard CF? It's the only cart that still doesn't support it...

Couldn't get Phoenix Wright 2 to save myself using 2.58... after patching it with 2.56, it works flawlessly.
I'm not too fond of 2.58 yet myself

i tried this with diddy kong, dead n furious and nacho libre...

nacho libre has oodles of charm to it...the mini games are so so,
but the wrestling part is pretty cute...so far its alot better than what people say, it's better than umm.... full metal alchemist (BORING!!) ....

if this game had got itself fixed up some more..it would have been great

edit: yeah they all work...obviously.... just don't put the reset patch...

i tried it with software v258 firmware 1.7 (the previous release...there's a newer 1.7??)

i could only get Diddy racing working using patcher 2.56, with the new .dat and the following settings:

restart= off
trim=off
faster play=off
patch access=HIGH

So no one got this working with the 2.58 Version of Software then? I still like having the most current version, so can I just download the 2.56 and it'll create separate folders/files and all? I'm thinking of dloading 2.56 just to patch DKR...

EDIT: ^Got all that working up there^ Version 2.58 (MicroSDEdition) works with the new .DAT file, no need to downgrade your software if you use MicroSD (Supercard Lite, Rumble). Simply replace your old .DAT file with this new one, start up the software, and run the rom through the patcher with the setting below and you're good to go!

Supercard Lite Settings: (Replace old .DAT file with new one, Patch with V 2.58[MicroSD]):

- Enable Restart: OFF
- Enable Trim Rom: ON
- Enable Faster Game Play: ON
- Patch Access: HIGH

Diddy Kong worked fine now (SC SD) but it did froze once, which was when I played a 4-track championship with one other player on Wifi and when the final stats were shown (obviously, i lost). The music was still playing but the graphics just froze and i had to reboot. Did anyone else have this?

I went the same route & got a R4. No ill feelings towards SuperCard though. Now to sell my slightly used SC DSOne!

Ive downloaded the patch but i need the updated software version 2.56. At the moment i have 2.55. I dont know EXACTLY what im talking about but if someone could help me get this new software so i can patch DKR would be great. Thanks.

EDIT: ok ive got version 2.56 now but i need to know 2 things. Where do i put the patch that you have to dowbload?? and why does Diddy kong racing file stay as a 0KB file ?
