Hacking SuperCard Lite freezes while loading games

I recently got a SuperCard Lite and am having trouble getting it to work. I have the software to patch the game files and can get the games to appear in the menu but whenever I try to load one the numbers stop just before it finishes. I started it up while holding L and R and found out that the firmware is on v1.81 so I downloaded the lasted version and tried launching it but it does the exact same thing. Is my SuperCard Lite faulty or is there a way to fix this?

And no its not the rumble version.

i have the exact same problem except ive had mine for years.
it used to work fine, then i switched to another sd micro card (2gb) and now im trying to reinstall everything. it wasnt so easy as i remember it ..
i hope someone can answer this. i have asked a few irl friends as well. might return with an update.
surprised no one replied to this, seems like a common problem?

I have the same problem with you ut really is frustrating. Wasting time i dont know what todo.try asking the seller but no reply at all.

Iam using vgen 2gb. Non hc. And supercard micro sd

I was hoping anyone could help for this but i dont find any on the internet
