Early April, probably. It matters when I have the time to think off what kind off raffle it would be and the prize for it. Currently thinking off the Supercard DStwo, but not really sure though right now.

No it has nothing to do with PV or 0shippingzone at all. Its just that if the Supercard DStwo is delayed all the way to May, lots of people will not want to join the raffle because they won't want to wait so long. But there still might be a DStwo raffle this month Gamekool is going to try to get some more details from Supercard Team then they will update me.
