Hacking Supercard DSone sdhc - no file browser

Hi!

Something wrong with my Supercard? On this photo i'll show the problem.
There are no file browser, and then i press L+B file browser appears on 1 second, and then halt two white screens.
But during this second i see my files and games, but 1 sec is not enough to select and run something, and iam sure L+B runs slot-2.
Tested with firmware SuperCard DS ONE(SDHC) OS 3.0 SP7, SP6, SP5, SP4. Sp4 can view some files in RAM, but not on sd card.
Tested with Kingston 8gb (sdhc, class 6), NoName card (sdhc, class 4), Transcend 2gb (sd).
Tested in fat and fat32, default size of clusters and 16kb, full format.

Where is file browser?
On Acekard 2i all ok with my sdhc cards.

Nintendo DS lite (US).
Supercard DS ONE sdhc english (not fake).

Test OK

No file browser !!??

Press L+B and i can see my files for a second

Some success with this card.
I think not all contacts on card have good connection to NDSl slot, cause this card a little bit fatter than normal nds card.
In some positions file browser works.

Need dimensions tuning
