Hacking Supercard DS ONE tight fit

Bought the Supercard DS One recently.
Is the super-tight fit of the DS One normal?

I try to eject it out of my DS and it has to be grabbed tightly and pulled out (it doesn't eject properly).
Disappointing.

Is the DS One i (with support for the DSi) the same?
Should I be asking for a return or is this a known characteristic of the design?

I've read in some places that it has a tight fit, but this tight?
I can't even eject mine properly from my DS.

I thought they didn't sell those anymore... Anyways, I don't think it's normal, at least my DSONE fits as tight as a regular game cart... Can you take a picture, if possible?

Well, my Supercard DSONE is somewhat similar to my Supercard DSTWO, but a little less thicker and more easy to eject. When I insert the SCDSONE, it's easy to insert. When I eject the SCDSONE, it ejects halfway. I'm pretty fine with that, as long as it doesn't break while ejecting or gets stuck in the Slot 1. If you're referring to what I'm talking about, then I guess it's a known/normal problem.

Just trying out new cards, but you'd think they'd get the basics right.
The card doesn't even stick out a bit for me to grab it properly when ejecting.

They just made their last batch awhill ago. some are left (i just bought one)
