I've been trying to backup a copy of Super Smash Bros PAL to play on a 3.2E PAL System, but I keep getting the white/green "an error has occurred" message.
I've seen alot of threads about people who D/L the rom and have success but haven't seen anyone who has done it with their own backup? (I made mine using Wan's DVD Dumper).
I've tried two types of media Verbatim DVD-R DL, and TDK DVD+R DL's with the usual layer break 2084960. Both burnt using IMGBurn.
Any remedies would be great, Cheers.
Edit: Thought I should include i'm using a Softmod. Also the error only happens on the Single player mode after you use mario to beat Kirby, where I'm guessing it's accessing the second part of the disc?
