Says the one who let friends dirt his online score.Nope, you sound more casual to me brother. Hardcore means caring
If you're not in it to win it you're not hardcore.

This is all I'm going to say about this. Hardcore vs Casual is a comparison of devotion to gaming, not about being competitive and stats-driven.
Actually yes because I'm what you call a hardcore gamer.. I like my wins, my k/d, I like my clan not randoms.
The only way you'll actually learn how to improve is to lose. This is especially the case with Smash Bros.
That's it I'm devoted to gaming to the point of being hardcore lol sheesh.. I own all systems, I play all games.. hardcore....Zelda, Metroid, CoD, DK you name it I play it!!!
It's embarrassing that you'd brag about how hardcore you are, and then list CoD as your hardcore FPS of choice off the top of your head. Potentially the most casual FPS on the market to date.
I like my win/loss, but i'm not going to cry my eyes out if I let someone else play my game and they tank it. There are no divisions in For Glory, no ones going to ruin my triple platinum.
If I wanna wave my e-peen around, i'll challenge someone to a match and roflstomp them. Throwing numbers isn't a show of anything. If you only go up against scrubs in For Glory and rack up a bunch of wins, that doesn't indicate you're actually good. It just indicates you're a nub magnet.
I wouldn't call anyone hardcore who values arbitrary numbers over actual shows of skill.
