Sorry, I don't quite understand your question. If you're having trouble with the files, just download the PC Updater here: http://www.brawlplus.net/downloads/updater.exe

It'll ask you which method you want installed and it pretty much does everything for you. It just asks you for the directory - which is your SD card (best for it to be 2gb or less as Brawl cannot read cards that are bigger than 2gb).

As for Brawl+ videos, you can find lots on youtube. Just make sure you're looking at the updated ones. There has been a drastic change since when it first came out. I'll link you to a combo video for some hype.

Anyways, to search it on youtube type in Brawl+ and filter out the videos by Upload Date and Short (~4 minutes). I can also recommend you channels if you want as well.

Hes asking for channel forwarder. You know like the homebrew channel almost. Click that in menu that way you can update files or just play brawl + seamlessly. Rather then having to boot homebrew channel, navigate to gecko os or updatifier then load game. I was looking for something like this too but gave up and just go the long way.

You can always install Gecko OS .wad channel, can't you? Brawl+ is booted via Gecko OS.

Oh no no, sorry for the misunderstanding. dinofan was correct with what i was asking.

I'm going to use the homebrew channel Updater version to run this. I put in on my card in the "apps" folder, and what i'm looking for is a forwarder channel.

It puts a channel on my wii menu that, when clicked, runs the file through the homebrew channel, w/out having to open HBC up and select it.

"elf/dol Forwarder" might be a better term?

They're littered around the board here for all kinds of programs, just wondering about one for Brawl+.

And if there are bugs in Brawl+, they come from not using the latest Gecko OS. The latest Gecko OS fixes a very big bug that's related to the stuff inside the gameconfig.txt. Basically it may write some random stuff to random memory offsets.

But i know that the latest Gecko OS has some other bugs, so neither version is the answer.

Preferably a forwarder, that way i don't have to keep updating the actual wad files. However, i appreciate the link to this wad.

I'm hoping to start making my own custom forwarders here in the near future (as some free time opens up that i can learn how to lol), so at this point, i'm fine with going through the HBC.

If/when i can make one, i'll be sure to post it here, in case anyone else wants one. (there's no guarantee i'll be able to do it... my life is fuckbusy as of recent.)

You won't need to update the gecko os. If you do, it won't be for a while as Brawl+ works perfectly fine with it. You can always use Riivolution as well to load it. I have no idea how that goes though.

I'm no longer a Brawl-player, both versions of Brawl really just bore me now. Though, Brawl+ was always the better one in my opinion. I recommend anyone who stills plays Brawl to switch to Brawl+

I'm waiting for Project M, aka, Melee 2.0. I've played the pre-alpha code set and its fun. They're getting quite good in capturing some Melee features. But, it can never fully replace Melee for me.
