Hacking Super Smash Bros Brawl - NTSC to PAL

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum.

I have SSBB (NTSC) and would like to play this on my PAL Wii

COuld someone please advise me where i can learn how this is done? Or list the programs i need to convert.

does anyone have/know where i can get gecko region free 1.4?
there is no download page on the creator's site, just some forum pages. 1.5 seems to be easy enough to get, but this elusive brawl-compatible 1.4... i just can't find it.
sorry to be a n00b and ask for something like that...

You can find a freeloader online and burn it to a disk, i'm pretty certain it just works straight away, If you have wiikey make sure you have update 1.9s or something so it can read dual layers. Use regionfrii if it doesn't work, many tuts can be found on google

I have the D2PRO (9) i think.

SO have I got this right

1. Use Regionfri on the ISO
2. Start Wii with Freeloader
