can someone update the save file to english language version? because I'm trying this on Yuzu Emulator and it works, but when I switched to "ENGLISH", it can't run anymore.

If you never connect to online in SSBU so no, it is not affected.

If you go online (it means access to SSBU server) so you will be banned immediately if they detect the hacked save file.

So this means that local wireless is an online feature and it's not only the NSO server that counts, right?

LAN and NSO are separated, so ban only applies to NSO.
