ROM Hack Super Smash Bros. 3DS via .cia

Hi,

I wanted to install SSB 3DS via .cia file, however I also found all updates in .cia too. I never had this game in my hands and I do not know should I just install latest patch or I need to install all patches, one by one?

Latest patch. If you noticed, all the patches are about the same, and they get bigger and bigger the higher the number is.

Didn't notice that, my bad. Is 1.1.3 latest or there's something newer, but not yet available?

1.1.3 is the latest currently out. The next patch will be downloadable in February, I believe.
