There definitely is one, but I'm not sure if its available to the public at all.
Yes, but you have to have your own rom, and you have to build it yourself. You can build it to run natively on a PC, or a Switch, or you can build it to run from a browser. There are even build flags that will correct bugs on the original, that you never realized were bugs in the first place. It’s a fun time
