Delete the rom from your card and copy it back over from your pc, sometimes roms get fucked up in the transfer process and that causes them to do this. If that doesn't work try downloading the rom again and copy it back over. I don't know if tha card has a problem with that rom so I can't help you there. Also make sure you have the latest firmware for your card.
