I could use a suggestion on something with a good story, that's also not an RPG because I dislike grinding. I'm playing through Loco Roco 2 right now, it's fun, addicting, but the story...it's even more fun.

if you have not tried the Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth for the psp or even the ps1 version, you should give it a try.

Riviera - The Promised Land. Awesome story, awesome gameplay, awesome music, and fully voiced. It's an RPG, but you don't need to grind (at least I didn't).

hardly much of a story but still it kept me playing for a couple of weeks, though it might not be your type of game
