There are public headers available. You could also buy a cheap game used and use that.

Okay, but my problem is with the public headers, there is no CART ID, right? So how do i get a cart id without getting a used game?

Well, I saw that thread already. It basically says you have to dump a cart. I'm just trying to risk it and use publicly available unique ID for cart so i can play.

I you read through the thread, there will be some IDs available inside,
and also how to spoof/change some details of the existing IDs.

I didn't need it cause I dumped my carts, but you can use the information inside.
