If your flag is accurate then you will likely want someone more familiar with Indian education to help for there, I will try for elsewhere though.
BTech EEE is in line with a bachelors degree or a BEng/Bsc in the UK, in this case some flavour of electrical engineering.
MBA is a professional business qualification, it is designed for business and management and sales and recruitment and similar roles. Though there are no doubt some with such things doing practical work it is not the normal route for those wanting to go into engineering proper -- if two otherwise equal apply to design my PCBs and one has the other qualification and one has the MBA then it is going to the one with the other qualification. Whether it will get you a better job role/more choice right now I do not know, you can always do it later if you do want to go into management and the like, equally I am not sure what India is like for dual paths at this point -- for many years if you wanted to move up in the engineering world and earn more your only choice was to go into management which led you further and further away from the tools so to speak. A lot of people that learned to use tools then really hated this so made dual paths where you can do manglement or you can continue to be a more and more specialised engineer and earn similar money to those.
On the other hand if management roles appeal then I always like it when those trying to manage me or ask me to do things are aware of basic physics, how things get made and the like and did not just read in a book that it should take 20 many days to make a prototype, shout at your people if they have not designed a processor that competes with intel in that time.

I am not so familiar with engineering in India but elsewhere they tend to say this is for people that want to work in industry where a phd/EngD is for those wanting to go a more academic route, though at the same time with a masters it can be easier to get into a phd course.
If you are 42 as your profile says then that can change some things, especially if retirement age is 60 or so, as there tend to be roles for people with no experience, 5 years, 10-12 years and then 15 years in most places I go. Many of the ones for less experience will be long days as well so if you want to put in 12 hours in front of a computer when you are 50 and can do it as well as a 25 year old that has no kids nor wife to get back to...

You're looking at it the wrong way. You shouldn't look at which qualifications you have now and then decide on the next step. You should decide what career you want, find out which qualifications are required, and work backwards from there to your current level of education. That will tell you exactly qualifications to do next.
That depends entirely on which job you want to do. As I said above.
