stuck on lineageos boot animation

I recently installed LineageOS on my switch SD card. It crashed and rebooted into the LineageOS boot screen with the curved line and circle. When unplugged the boot screen only stays on for a split second, otherwise it remains on. I tried removing the microsd card, activating rcm, holding the power button for a few seconds, and nothing has happened. My PC doesn't recognize it as a storage device or as a rcm payload thing, or seemingly anything at all. Should I just try waiting? Or eventually let the battery run out? Any suggestions?

Edit: This thread can be deleted or locked or whatever, I managed to force shutdown.
