Screwed up my Switch update can't boot into hekate

I stupidly forgot to copy the bootloader files from hekate to the sd card but I was in Hekate and using the usb option to see my sd card must have screwed something up there as well because now I can't even access Hekate just a black screen with small letters in the top left and it says

Launch
tools
console info

Reload
Load nyx
Reboot (OFW)
Reboot (RCM)
Power Off

I tried all the options including Load nxy but it doesn't do anything. I tried sending the Hekate payload again but that didn't help is there any way to access my sd card files through a payload? Otherwise I'll just need to get an sd card reader no big deal but I can't get there today and I want to play Metroid Prime 4.

My laptop doesn't have an sd reader but I just bought one.

Edit: got everything working properly now.
