Hi, I would like to use my Switch as WiiU Gamepad. As far as I understand this is not that easiliy possible.

One possibility would be to run Ubuntu on Switch and use drc-sim on it. This seems to be a bit too much trouble. I would prefer something that runs on Horizon OS.

The only other possibility then seems to combine drc-sim with SkyNX. drc-sim needs a Linux system as server. So I thought I could just use an old Raspberry Pi for that. However, SkyNX seems to be only able to stream from Windows PCs to switch, if I'm not mistaken? So this setup also is not easily achievable.

Anyone having a idea that might work?

In case you guys are curious why I wanna use the switch as gamepad: I just dont like the gamepad and wanna play old games (WiiU, Wii, GameCube) on a handheld while my partner watches TV.

There is some extension or fork for the Cemu Wii U emulator to treat SkyNX like a Wii U gamepad, but you're back to needing a PC to stream things.
