Hacking Strange NDSL Problem

Whenever I play GBA games on my Nintendo DS Lite, two thin, very faint white strips move repeatedly down my screen (tried both -- same problem). I can't see them in the DS menu, so I'm guessing it's exclusively a GBA problem. Has anyone else experienced something like this? (It's barely noticable.)

I have the same problem with mine, It happens to my DS Lite but Not to my Phat DS.
Is not too notisable but it is annoying when you see those lines.

I have a similar issue with my G6 GBA games. I don't have a phat so I can't test that one. Its just 1 line for me, and its not always there. I only see it once in a long while.
