Gaming Still can't get MH:Tri to work

I've installed 223 with 37 + 38 merged.
I still get a black screen with buzzing when I start the game.

Using 4.2E and configurable USB loader.

Should I be changing any of the settings before I load it?

Do I need to install anything else?

I did a forum search and thought I'd followed all instructions

Did you set cfg usbloader to use 223 for monster hunter?
