okay, My first post just vanished when I edited it, and now it can't be edited back :S

I had that once, just like a week ago. Have you tried full edit instead of quick edit? That helped for me.

yeah, but once I click submit modified post, I get a blank area again. Just an error I think, hopefully one of the mods can paste it back in the right place.
