steam down? 10/24/13

Is steam down for anyone else besides me, right now? Current local time and date, 8:25am est 10/24/13.

Answer is yes. I'm still connected though, it appears to be just the store page that's not working.

Not just the store. The forums are down too it seems. The steam application is down. I can launch games but can't download updates or sync with the site to get my updated library. In other words, I'm stuck playing civ 5 on my graphic_card-less desktop instead of my gaming laptop

There isn't any scheduled maintenance. So it seems the engineers forgot to put coal in the Steam Engine.

Although that isup.me site says it is down. The site and client are working great for me.

I just checked again. Steam is now back up! 849am est. They must of finally got the coal delivery for the steam engine.
