Hacking Status Check; how up-to-date am I?

I have my Wii SoftMii'd (v2), I have a Backup Launcher with the 002 fix, and have installed the most recent IOS's that I found on torrent sites (38, 53 and 55). For some reason, half the new games I burn either don't show up in the Disc Channel as they should, or must be patched to IOS249. Then, they will show up in the Disc Channel, but they get the 002 error, so I have to run it through the Backup Launcher.

Basically, what I want to do is have my Wii as up-to-date as possible, so that all of the games I burned before SoftMii was available will show up in the Disc Channel, without me needing to re-rip, patch and re-burn them.

So, anyone got any advice on my current set-up, or is there anything I am missing?

You're probably missing Waninkoko's latest cIOS, rev8. That should fix your issues on the Disc Channel.
