are there any differences between the afterdawn emcubed & the wiizard version of the game?
(i mean... is one of them brickblocked or modded, or are they both clean?)

hi,

is SSBB likely to work on a PAL wii (wiikey) with FW 3.0E/1.9G or does it require the latest FW (3.2E)

cheers guys

I don't know about 3.0, but I am currently running it on a 3.1J, don't know if this info can help you. But anyway, be sure to patch the update.inf if you attempt anything.

Ok I got it working! But I have some questions right now:

- D2Ckey PAL Wii 3.2E
- Using the trucha method on the emcubed afterdawn ISO
- Burn in IMGburn with layer break on Verbatim 8x DVD+R DL (at 4x speed)
- Update and play the game
- No dual layers and no brick!

1. When I play the game there seem to be missing some space at the underside of the screen? How does this come, and how can I solve it?

2. Does every SSBB make use of the same savefile? So when the PAL version comes out, can I just keep playing with my saved data from the NTSC version?

Answer to 2: No, you are as well deleting the data. NTSC-J doesn't work with NTSC-U.
Edit: Answer to the first one: turn off deflicker, 60HZ PAL.

to solve the space missing problem either play on 60hz or just clear classic mode... for some weird reason it fix itself after playing one of the video that you get by clearing classic mode
i have a question... are you guys able to use the "play with everyone" mode? i tried it but it keep searching and doesn't found anything
i can spectate though

No, it doesn't work. (Play with everyone) is due to the server overload thanks to nintendo.
Only Americans seem to be able to play it. :/

edit: You say 60HZ PAL? I guess you mean the 60HZ (480i) option in the Wii system menu?

This doesn't work as well... when I start the game on 60Hz the TV switches on different channels? It can't handle it maybe?

for optimus pal experience (movies etc graphics) i just use the freeloader it automaticly adjust my screen. (yes i have a modchip so dont ask why do you also have a freeloader. Its just because it optimises your screen thingie for pal.)

I am using the wizard version and after switching on the flicker fix its fine except I dont appear to have any voices in the game. I assume there should be some during the adventure mode? Anyone else got this problem? I hear sound effect just not voices.

I have a PAL Wii firmware 3.2E with Wiikey 1.9s.
And I only have one Verbatim disc.
What do I need to do for this to work?
Thanks.
