the situation is wiikey doesnt have dual layer support but cyclowiz does. wiikey are looking into the issue; and it will be fixed with an update. however none of this matters unless you have teh real game anyway, because currently there is no method to dump a dual layer game (and the wiikey team are working on that too). you are only missing out if you have a wiikey and have IMPORTED the game at the moment. either way, its all in jap and not multi 5. by the time the ntsc one hits shores the scene will ahve caught up and you will be able to play it. just have a dual layer disc ready.

Ah thanks for that, although I didn't really deserve that reply. (I should've looked harder)
But thanks for the reconfirmation.

I have a wiikey on an ntsc wii, but i pre-ordered brawl just becuz of my inner fanboy. Will I NEVER be able to play that version?

Again: As far as I can tell, NOTHING is wrong with the wii, it just has duplicate channels. So worry not

Can you still access your Wii's settings? Can you still use the internet browser/wfc? These are things that don't work with a semi-brick. Make sure you can still use these settings and internet.
