yes i canThe settings menu on your wii. On the wii menu there should be a option called settings or menu. Something close to that. If you cant access the settings menu on your wii you might have bricked it...

Show me that you can access the settings menu, etc.
And show me that other backups work.
Also are those backups from the same region?
If you have backups from the NTSC-J region try those.
