I need this save converted to a version the 3-in-1 can use, no matter what I try, it won't work on my 3-in-1! (Yes I named it to MARIO KART AMKE.SAV or what ever it uses)

Load the rom in VisualBoyAdvance.
Goto File > Import > Gameshark Snapshot to load the SPS file.
Then save in the game. This should make a .sav file in the battery folder where you have the VBA.

Ok, but that ones only 64kb, all the rest are 128kb. So I just add 64kb of 00 in a hex editor then?

I'm not quite sure what you're referring to when you say "that one" and "the rest".
But if you need to, you can change the save size in VBA by going to Options > Emulator > Save Type. There's 2 options for Flash 64K and Flash 128K.

That one=one from VBA
Rest=rest from other roms used with Rudolph's Tool.

I added in 64kb of 00 to the save, and bam, orange screen.
