on sky island, there's 5 water vessel, only one is unlocked, other 4 is locked, but even when i'm solved puzzle, i can't figure out how tf i can turn that water handle @@

when you activate sidons special, you should have a water bubble around you. if you then swing your weapon, you should shoot out a water attack. you have to use that specific attack to get the small water wheels turning.I Press Attack, But nothing happend.
