Depends on where you want the golden Mii. Are the NANDs linked? I think it only works in sysNAND, but you can give it a try in emuNAND too...
I don't have a Gateway...

Yea the nands are linked, they share the miis so I guess it wouldn't matter to which one I use? So I guess I'll just try it on sysNAND to be safe.

Tried it again, still nothing loaded on to my SD :/ Hate to ask, but could you make the code for me please? The MII I'm trying to make is in slot 2 if that's what you mean

Just go to the address with your 3DS! (Sorry for its length...) It only works if you've CREATED the Mii into slot 2, not MOVED into it after creating.
BTW, the code is: 00895A8C 00000014

EDIT: Don't forget to turn Sharing and Copying off! After the code, make the Mii favourite. You should see the golden pants! Close Mii Maker. Open it. Now you can remove it from favourites (but not necessary).

Sorry for the really late reply, I took a huge nap, anyways I tried it out, didn't work. Browser crashed but when I went to go favorite the mii nothing happened, it just got the usual ugly red pants.
