empty because you don't have the item
if you found 2000030......... in 01287.. then your code starts at 01287E80
if you found 2000030......... in 009B8... then your code starts at 009B8B40
address might exchange on different boots

if you want 99 hp tonics, change 01 address to 63

Money is kinda useless in this game , until g rank I didn't start to use it a lot. You should look into creating crazy charms as that's a very random-ish aspect of the game and people would kill for being able to do it.
