Hey, guys~ I don't have windows; I have Ubuntu. So, I put in my USB Bluetooth searcher and hit one and two at the same time on the wii remote. My remote was detected. It said, "Please enter the code 5290 in the device." How???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Do you have your bluethooth software configured to use a pin?
If so, turn it off.

But that's probably it, so go to the preferences of the bluetooth app, and make sure it doesn't use any pin.

(Oh, when connecting, I think you get some kind of wizard for it, also, don't use a pin.)

its been a while since I used bluetooth on linux, but yes, I think you need to disable security.
