Veho, it's not that strange that soy-peas come from soy-beans right? Maybe there should be a different name for the meat. Classification of legumes is always funny like that.

Depends on which kind of beans/soybeans/peas you're looking at, as one kind of beans can look significantly different from other beans.

I'd say soybeans are closer to beans, not just because of the name but practically.
