Thick noodles, spicy broth, cheap and tasty... and can clear your nose when you have a cold!

Can we just appreciate how simple and good and tasty Shin Ramyun is?
And be thankful for its existence? ❤️❤️❤️

i like mine best with just a little dash of "Healthy Boy Brand Sweet Soy Sauce", simple, spicy, sweet, delicious.

For the hard instant ramen, my favorite brand is Myojo Charumera. But it's really hard d to come by outside Japan.

Although instant ramen is obviously super popular in Japan, whenever I'm there I just go to actual ramen shops for the real thing. But there are a variety of cup ramen types at any convenience store there that I promise puts anything you've ever had (unless you've been there yourself) to shame.

I'm not a fan of the Chinese/Koreanish stuff at the OP, but my wife (who is Japanese) likes it. I'm not a fan of anything kimchee or kimchee-related.

Fuckin' love kimchee

Poor Mira. Apparently they're all the same flavour so it's not that.

Let's do another merge

My local corner shop did not have the demon hunters, but did have the packs much like the OP

Sometime, I would use the shin noodle instead of spaghetti noodle when I make bolognese sauce. It's fantastic and goes together really well, the kids love them. The sauce package will be save for the future (spicy) dishes.
