Works great on my n3DS (: I am able to run GBA games as well, but they have to be installed on sysNAND and emuNAND to work (my NANDs are unlinked). Is there a way to circumvent this? Also, exiting GBA games brings me back to sysNAND, but I think that's unavoidable.

Everyone is talking about MSET support, but the CFW release thread and Github both say this is a WIP.
Is it really supported?

wat? Where on git does it say WIP? ..or in my thread? .. I mean sure, technically it is a WIP, which leads me to my second question, why couldnt a CFW be a WIP and have mset? lol. WIP just means im not finished adding new things.

Apologies, on Github it says
  • Ninjhax only (working mset soon)
And on your other thread, it says
  • Launch using Ninjhax only New 3ds
(Mset Work in Progress for N3ds)
I just assumed that MSET was not implemented yet, and people were jumping the gun, but if MSET support is actually out at the moment, I'd love to be proven wrong :P.
Does your precompiled version on your Pastebin have this implemented, or do we need to build from the latest source?

Oh, well Git is updated now, old thread is irrelevant, and yea.. pastebin was already updated. lol

Excellent! All working fine here! Is there anyway to boot it into SysNAND so I can boot an unsigned Cubic Ninja CIA to decrypt games on my 9.2.0FW, or do I need to set up a second microSD card without an EmuNAND?

Thanks so much for the awesome release! I haven't installed Reinand yet, but looks like it's off to a great start! :D

I have a few noob questions on how to install Reinand, if that's ok.
1. Just to make sure, does the pre-compiled version of Reinand uploaded on pastabin just now works on all regions, including a Japanese N3DS?
2. Is the NDS file inside the pre-compiled version for MSET only, or is it necessary to install Reinand too?
3. Are there any beginner friendly instructions or videos online on how to install Reinand and update its emunand to 9.5 on vanilla N3DS?

is the mset support able to be installed via .cia? id like to launch gateway on sysnand then use devmenu to install the reinand mset. and from then on out just use reinand instead of gateway. yay!! (i want gba support) :P

Excellent work on getting the n3DS MSET working, and keep up the good work! 'Tis loading nicely on my Australian 9.0.0 (9.5 emunand) n3DS, and I can just use my copy of OOT to boot if I want to play .3ds backups from my Gateway cart.

Unfortunately, I do have to report that my 3DS blackscreens if I ever close the lid while in ReiNAND (both at the home menu, or with a game loaded), and this cannot be recovered from without a hard shut-down and rebooting back to sysNAND. I did a quick search to see if this was a known bug or not, but didn't come up with anything, so felt it best to let you know (I am using the build currently on pastebin, if that helps).

Don't know if it's intentional or not, but ReiNAND won't boot for me without an EmuNAND partition.

Yeah, Reinand is not setup to work with Sysnand.

If you do want Sysnand cfw for whatever reason, check out Pasta cfw.

Haven't encountered that problem myself. Only played Fire Emblem: Fates so far though.

I'm not having that bug. Btw, no bug so far. MM New 3DS XL AU, 9.2 sys/ 9.5 emu

Yea, I noticed. Fixing now.. Only problem now is that my thread hook doesnt wanna boot when emunand is disabled for whatever dumb fuck reason. lol

I've heard a few people mention this problem before but I can't replicate it at all. lol

Could I really push my luck, and ask that you consider either disabling firmlaunch in SysNAND, or perhaps adding a toggle for it? I was really excited to use this as it meant I'd be able to boot Ninjhax properly, but after formatting a new 9.2.0 EmuNAND on another microSD card, I forgot to check if firmlaunch is implemented, meaning I'm still unable to boot most homebrew.

Completely my fault, I know, but if you'd consider it, you'd be greatly helping out people who don't own CN/Sky 3DS :).
